Family household planning session
Programmes

Three programmes, one purpose

Each Hearthford programme is designed to strengthen a specific part of household communication or organisation — and to end when the household no longer needs it.

Our Approach

How Hearthford programmes are structured

Each programme begins with a short intake conversation to understand where the household currently stands and what it is hoping to change. Sessions are then scheduled at a pace that suits the household's routine — not at a pace designed to complete the programme quickly.

All three programmes share a common principle: the household does the actual work. Hearthford provides the framework, the structure, and the facilitation — but the conversations, the decisions, and the records belong entirely to the family.

No programme is open-ended. Each has a defined scope and a clear completion point. We consider a programme successful when a household can continue its rhythm without us.

Intake conversation

Short discussion to match programme to household situation

Flexible scheduling

Sessions timed to fit your household's actual routine

Facilitated, not directed

We structure the conversation; the household leads it

Clear completion

Every programme has a defined endpoint, not an ongoing subscription

Programme 01 · 4 Hours

Household Communication Workshop

A guided four-hour workshop for families who want a more structured way of having long-running household conversations — about routines, shared responsibilities, and the plans they hold for the years ahead. The workshop draws on well-established communication frameworks and includes short practice exercises that participants can use at home after the session ends.

The workshop is educational in nature. It does not interpret any specific household situation, does not provide professional counsel, and does not represent any household in any external matter.

  • Structured conversation frameworks from established educational literature
  • Practice exercises suitable for household use after the session
  • Session notes provided to participants
  • All household members may attend

Family Records Organisation Programme

A four-session programme spread across two months in which a family builds a single shared records folder — covering identification, household papers, contact lists, and a written family timeline. The programme is organisational and instructional. Households leave with a complete, well-labelled folder and a short record-keeping rhythm they can follow on their own.

  • Complete identification and household document folder
  • Written family timeline and household contact list
  • Simple, written record-keeping rhythm for independent use
  • Preparation list sent before first session

Annual Family Planning Programme

A year-long programme for families wanting to maintain a steady rhythm of shared household planning conversations. Includes an initial in-home setup session, four quarterly group conversations facilitated by the programme leader, and a closing annual review. The programme is conversational and organisational — the facilitator helps families have their own conversations and does not provide professional counsel on any individual matter.

  • Initial in-home setup session at your Klang Valley residence
  • Four quarterly facilitated household conversations
  • Closing annual review with written household summary
  • Non-advisory throughout — facilitation only
