Why Hearthford

What families take away

Clearer household conversations

Families leave with a shared vocabulary for discussing routines and responsibilities — language they can return to when things feel tangled.

Records that are actually findable

A single organised folder holding identification, household documents, and a written family timeline — set up carefully and maintained simply.

A planning rhythm that holds

Quarterly and annual planning conversations become a habit — not a crisis response. Hearthford helps families build the cadence, then step back.

In-home, not institutional

Where the programme allows, sessions happen in your own home — which means conversations stay close to the things you are actually talking about.

Education, not advice

Hearthford does not interpret your situation, represent your household, or provide professional counsel of any kind. The boundary is clear and maintained.

The whole household, included

Sessions are structured so every household member can participate at a comfortable level — not just the family member who tends to carry the planning load.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is a household communication workshop?

The workshop is a four-hour group session for households — couples, families, or multi-generational arrangements — who want a more structured way to discuss shared routines and future plans. We draw on well-established frameworks for family communication and include short practice conversations. We do not interpret any specific personal or legal situation during the workshop.

Do the sessions happen at our home or at your office?

The Annual Family Planning Programme includes an initial in-home setup session. The Records Organisation Programme and the Communication Workshop are typically held at our Bukit Bandaraya location, though we may discuss alternative arrangements where appropriate.

Is this a form of counselling or legal advice?

No. Hearthford's programmes are educational and organisational in nature. We do not provide professional counsel of any kind — not psychological, not legal, not financial. If a specific situation requires professional guidance, we will say so clearly and recommend you seek the appropriate practitioner.

How long does the Records Organisation Programme take?

The programme runs across four sessions spread over two months. Most families find that spacing keeps the process manageable — there is time between sessions to gather documents and apply what was covered before the next session begins.

What documents do we need to bring to the first session?

We send a short preparation list after you confirm your enrolment. In general: identification documents, household utility and insurance papers, and any existing contact or emergency lists. Do not worry if your documents are disorganised — that is exactly what the programme addresses.

What is the pricing and can we pay in instalments?

The Communication Workshop is RM 580, the Records Organisation Programme is RM 1,950, and the Annual Family Planning Programme is RM 4,620. Please reach out to discuss payment scheduling — we handle each household's arrangement through a direct conversation.

How do you handle the private information shared during sessions?

We hold session notes internally and do not share household information with third parties. Any documents you bring remain your property throughout. Our full data handling approach is described in our Privacy Policy.
